Some books we have enjoyed discussing are 'Deaf Sentence' by David Lodge, 'At Home, a Short History of Private Life' by Bill Bryson (the title is ironic, this is not a 'short' book!), 'Enid Blyton' (biography) by Barbara Stoney, 'English Pastoral' by James Rebanks.
