Can you help this children’s charity?

We are currently looking for Residential Break Volunteers to join our breaks throughout the year.

Our Daleside Centre, near Ashbourne, Derbyshire, provides five-day residential breaks where children can take a break from the challenges they face, enjoy new experiences, build confidence, make friendships and create positive memories in a safe and supportive environment.

Volunteers spend Monday to Friday with us, working alongside our experienced Break Leaders to support children through activities, games and daily routines.

The role includes:

● Supporting outdoor and creative activities

● Encouraging children to try new experiences

● Helping with meals and everyday activities

● Being a positive and encouraging role model

● Creating a safe, fun and welcoming environment for children

No previous experience working with children is required. We provide full training, safeguarding support, accommodation and meals throughout the residential break.
