Welcome novice and experienced needleworkers!
Come along with any kind of hand or machine needlework project on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month!
We’ve set up this group in response to growing interest in all sorts of needlework – whether it’s cross stitch, tapestry, machine sewing, patchwork, or anything in between. Everyone is welcome, whether you're just starting out, an experienced stitcher, or looking to try something new.
Here’s what to expect:
- Friendly support and advice from fellow crafters
- A chance to share your projects – both in progress and completed
- Opportunities to swap, recycle and reuse preloved patterns, fabric, and threads
- Plenty of good conversation and great company!
We have a sewing machine, two small overlockers and a whole range of donated fabrics for you to use!
